If you know a student athlete and want to recognize them on-air just fill out the form below & tell us a story about the athlete and why you think they should be our “McDonald's Arch Madness Student Athlete of the week.”
If Arch Madness selects the athlete that you submitted, that athlete will get recognition on-air and great prizes from McDonald's and Ohio’s Best Rock, QFM96.
